PREMIERE: Mad About The Boy Share Hazy New Single 'Power In The Fall'

Trailing their 2020 debut album Top Earner, Los Angeles based alt-emo-rockers Mad About The Boy have just shared a new single - ‘Power In The Fall’ - we fucking love it. Reminiscent of a hazy Saturday evening circa 2010 filled with Spliffs, 80’s Volkswagen’s and Halo 3, Mad About The Boy’s signature sound feels equally at place blaring through your stolen car-stereo as it does filling dive bars and clubs in LA.

Led by Walker Ashby on guitar and vocals, with rhythm by Samson Klitsner (bass) and Julian Smith (drums) the bands name is taken from the Hollywood noir film ‘sunset boulevard’, and ominous name for an equally ominous group. Mad About The Boy is expected to release their second full length album sometimes in 2023.
