The Southern Californian quartet, The High Curbs, begins a new chapter with the drop of their single, “Try.”
Last week we made it out to Chain Reaction in Anaheim, CA to catch Baltimore, Maryland punk-rockers Pinkshift amidst their mini-West Coast tour and we were NOT disappointed (obviously).

Last week Hooveriii finally celebrated the release of their sophomore record Water For The Frogs at The Zebulon in Los Angeles, CA. Supporting Hooveriii were the always impressive Prettiest Eyes and Stelland & Starr, who made their glorious live debut.
Earlier this week Flat Worms played a nearly sold-out gig at The Zebulon with Slaughterhouse - a whole 24-hours later and the two groups hit it again at The Sardine , this time with support from South Bay first-timer Dove Armitage.
LA-via-New Zealand’s Young Winona Celebrated the release of their latest single ‘Killer Daises’ this past week at Sunset Boulevards El Cid. With support from Jagged Baptist Club and Not Your Friend, we made the trip out to capture the action and as you can probably guess, we weren’t disappointed.
FEELS have been making waves in the Los Angeles music scene with their politicized-angst and counter-cultural drive—all symptoms true to grunge and punk’s form.
